I opted out as I said, that I would have no opportunity of being offered the option of being proportionally cashed in should he become successful in securing the vast majority of assets frozen against Rybak. Don't forget, the writ is not just issues against LGB.
I agree that DB has no responsibility to the RA, he does have a responsibility to you, his commission (in his eyes), legal fees owed to Jones Day when faced with a writ. As said before, we are not a one trick pony and whether we are a tiny % of the shareholding or the majority, the writ creates a legal process which has to be dealt with by the courts, if it gets that far, under due legal process. That is all that matters sommet, due legal process, not what you might perceive are the moral rights or wrongs of a small group of shareholders taken action against a much larger group.
