Political parties are democratic yet you never hear them passing opinion on the policies of the opposition, even though they have been democratically elected do you!! That is what democracy is, you have the chance to vote then pass opinion after the event whether you win or lose. Hardly undemocratic fatnacker I would say!!
By the way, as Nigel would agree, he is not the leader of the RA. The committee has 9 members and 9 votes and as you know that Nigel is not a shareholder he does not have one. He has a seat at the table as is absolutely right in view of the work he has put in, but no formal vote.
