anom both you and db have for some time been at logerheads so its no suprise that db denied you entry to the meeting I cant understand why you thought you would be welcome after the very public spat between you , but regardless of the rights and wrongs of your denied entry other than your pride and maybe a few brownie points what would the benifit be of trying to nulify the meeting even (and it sounds doubtfull) if you could ? as I see it you know what happened and you know what was said ,there would have been no opportunity for you to make a speech or contribute to the outcome so there was nothing to be gained by being their in person which is why you probably had so many proxies is it not? so as you have acused db of throwing his toys out of the pram and for everyone here including the members of the ra please give us a logical and honest reason for trying recall the meeting other than causing trouble for db and ultimatley costing the company money that it cant afford to spend ? one last point why would db need the cooperation of such a small group of shareholders if he wants to achieve his goals and bonus ?
