First of all merry chrismas and all the best to all of you.
Ain2001 and me were attending the meeting.
I am now writing to tell you all the real trouth about Nigel not being permitted to the AGM:
At first:
It was not Langbars or DB´s fault.
At second:
As Nigel wrote, I met him at the entrance to the Meeting room.
To get permission to attend an AGM you need a so called "Letter of Representation" from your Broker or Nominee, so that the Registrar who denied Nigel to go in to the Meetingroom, can see whos Nominees Shares he has to reduce for the voting.
Nigel had quite a lot of "Letters of Representation" ... signed by the shareholders he wanted to represent, but none of them was genuinly signed by Capita or Vidacos Represantatives... ...whis is obligatory.
So the represantives from Capita could not let Nigel go in.
Greetings from Zermatt, Switzerland, where we have got enough Snow for skiing
