I read your post at 51,932 with interest. The point that I find most worrying is that the law firm Edwin Coe (allegedly) keep making references to English Company law. Have they not done any research? Do they not understand that Langbar is incorporated in Bermuda and hence it is Bermudan company law that applies?

Do the DTI have any authority over Bermudan companies? If not then all these silly little threats against DB that the DTI will take action would appear to be completely pointless.
