All I've done and continue to do, is give them whatever help they need, which includes attending company meetings for them or going to court. I do so without any charge and purely to benefit the people I represent. I want to see that they get their money returned in full.
Had I been at the meeting, I would have been able to record it (as Buchler gave permission by email to record the meeting on DVD) and this would have been available to the members to review. Now, the people that could not afford the time or were in a different country, will have to guess at what was said at the meeting.
By throwing his 'toys out of the pram', Buchler disadvantaged all the shareholders.
