Thanks for posting the claim form. In my opinion, it is the best Xmas present to all holders regardless they are part of RA or SoA. I have three reasons to be happy about this even though I am not part of RA:
1) To me, this means that the legal funders beleive that there is a good chance of a recovery! Otherwise they would not have waisted their time.
2)This will ensure that DB will not make any compromise in what he could potentialy recover.
3) I hope that DB will start recovering funds by sueing compnay's accountants and advisors.
Whether we like it or not, this whole fiasca is the safe heaven for the lawyers. Without any shadow of doubts they ARE the biggest winners and they have gauranteed handsome revenue streams for themselves for years to come!! Despite all of the above mentioned hopes, I have written off my investment in LGB. But I am glad that at least the fraudeters will be pestered by laywers both from RA and the company for a while!
