I always thought liable was a civil offence not a criminal one & notoriously expensive to prove.
So whatever Rybak is up to the worst he can do is either get the offending posts removed or get people banned from posting.
It's extremely unlikely he's going to go to court to sue people for posting that he's a crook,etc when there are current legal enquiries/cases still in play trying to find out whether it's true or not. Especially as he's not supposed to have any free money plus a lot of the people he's targeting have already been fleeced by this scam in the first place!
