12 ADVFN members jailed for making slanderous comments against entrepeneur business man Marius Rybak who in his usual style made millions of pounds on the stock exchange.
Investors jalied for terms differing from 2 weeks to 3 months for making threats and obseneties against Mr Rybak have been told to curb their tongue on release. They have been fined thousands of pounds which will be paid to Mr Rybak to eleviate his current nervous disposition which they have caused.
Anonomous (3 months) and Grahamite2 (six weeks) are to suffer a public flogging on their return to freedom to make sure their behaviour doesn't start up again.
Mr Rybak (whose photo cannot be used for legal reasons) suggested that people should now leave him alone so he can get back to business. Moves are already afoot to start a new business venture on the AIM platform to which My Rybak is ploughing millions of pounds.
Mr Rybak's lawyers Withers have been quoted as saying that the current mischief makers who have been reprimanded will make it easier for future Mr Rybaks to make money on the Stock Exchange which is what it's all about.
Investors are encouraged to take up shares in Rybaks new company touted as the best thing since sliced bread !
