There is certainly tactical value in the case against ADVFN, which is this:
That it is designed to impart that Rybak will succeed in striking out the Buchler case against him, or else that he is confident of defending it. As it happens, I have him at vast odds-on to do either.
The prize, of course, being liquidated damages in defamation of (impeccable) character.
If Rybak succeeds, as I suggest above, then it will be very difficult for Clem & Co to defend against a defamation claim; ADVFN will have, through a very few postings only, defamed him and the findings in the LGB civil case will be hard to get set aside.
