We've been getting a few similar queries.

I can confirm that the Market Makers settled your purchase of xxxxx shares in Langbar. If you look at your online statement, you may be able to see the notation "del" next to the entry for the purchase. This shows that the stock was delivered to us. I am afraid that we do not divulge details of Market Makers. In this situation, you were not affected in any case by any shorting going on in the market.

You are also the beneficial owner of these shares.

As of 2 December, it is no longer possible to receive a share certificate, as the holding is disabled in Crest, presumably because Langbar did not pay their Crest fees. However, should you wish to vote in any upcoming EGMs or AGMs, all you need to do is let us know how you wish to vote once the vote has been announced. We will then do so on your behalf. If we can be of further assistance please do not hesitate to let us know.
