Ive been off air for a few days over the festive period so don't really know whats been said.

Had a letter back from Barclays to say,
We write regarding the purchase transaction detailed above and to advise of the current status.
Our Market Counterparty has been unable to deliver this stock to us due to a shortage at this time. Consequently, we are unable to forward a share certificate to you.
Please be aware that we are in regular contact with our counterparty in a bid to resolve this situation.
Please note that you remain the beneficial owner of these shares and any dividends or benefits will be protected by Barclays Stockbrokers.
They also told me the MM is Shore Capital.

OK, you've got the information you need to take the next step. Send me a copy of the letter and I can take it up with the FSA and the MM.

To All Shareholders...
If you believe that you have been shorted and you want to check this, can you email me the details of your contract please, preferably with a copy of the contract note.

I've been in contact with the FSA and they are willing to have a look at all the claims for shorts. They won't guarantee that they can help us, but at least they can get hold of the CREST unsettled trades register and check if the trades were settled or not. If they were not, you might have a valid complaint against the MM concerned.

Please email me the details and a copy of the contract note ASAP.
