Hence my suggestion to list the various scenarios with the various brokers listed here, and the Action group can seek one legal opinion.

Basically, I would be looking for ANY possible scenarios where breach of contract would appear to have taken place, and that can then be posted here for people to judge their own situation against proper legal opinion.

I would not necessarily trust brokers to be honest here, I would imagine they will always favour the MM's/market v the private nvestor.

I think it's important to secure proper legal advice on this issue, because this would be the obvious place where people may be able to see a return of their funds, far easier than in the very likely to be protracted fraud enquiry.

There may have been no breaches, but without proper legal opinion, nobody will ever know!
