I really do need to press you on the proof of settlement I have asked for in my previous e-mail. I am sure you will understand that if the transaction was not settled between yourselves and the mm, then I am fully entitled to a refund.

To relate to the car analogy....you buy a car from me that I fail to deliver to you, which upon further investigation I have not actually purchased myself......I rest my case!!!!

Please can you provide
1. full proof of purchase and settlement between yourselves and I,
2. as well as the name of the market maker
3. and full proof of purchase and settlement between yourselves and this market maker,
4. including the date of this settlement.

Please can you action all the above by close of business 4th Jan 2006. If you are unable to do so, please confirm formally with the necessary justification for this.
