Kalingalinga:
You are bright indeed.
As someone who can spend two days drafting a one-page letter, I'm not too badly placed to answer you. Regrettably, my returns are rather less than those of the guilty parties here, but here is the gist of how it is done.
A mix of what COULD BE innocent typos and DELIBERATE mis-statements. Human nature favours the former and attributes those same errors to the latter. Just count up the number of different ways that Crown Management, CMC, Lambert and the generic "Crown" have been written. Then also the variants of "cash" and "deposits" et cetera. Time differences (as in your 6/7 June query) are not dissimilar; the exact time and place determining accuracy.
Is "CMC,Crown Management Corporation Limited (CMC)" the same entity as "CMC Crown Management Corporation Limited"? Or as "Crown Management Limited"? Or are these 3 different entities?
Is "Fiduciaire Jean-Pierre Regli" (allegedly a company, but more likely an anstalt or the like), the same as ""the fiduciaire, Jean-Pierre Regli"?
Is "Lambert Financial Investment Limited" the same company as "Lambert Financial Investments Limited?" Is one in Bermuda and t'other in Delaware? Or is one a typo? Or what?
Well, of course, we know that there is a Bermudean Langbar International Limited and also an E&W Langbar International Ltd. So what do others think?
Re-writing history in different cultures is "un morceau du gateau"
