It is good to see, from post 39512, that Anomalous has finally come round to the view that most likely there are no assets, never were and never will be. If that proves to be so, there cannot be anything for D Buchler, the 'recovery expert,' to recover; so what is there for him to do?

Similarly with Deloitte's: what is there for them to do? Carry out Kroll's work all over again? However, as there has been no official announcement about Deloitte's, and as Buchler would surely instruct his own firm rather than another firm to carry out a second investigation if that were called for, I suspect the BB rumour of their involvement is totally unfounded.

So what are we waiting for?

I've always had the view that there was no assets, but the reports are that assets have been offered. Most probably because the person concerned is now extremely aware that being is Israel is no guarantee that he will not do jail time if it is proven that he partook in the fraud.

But that does not mean that we should do as you've been suggesting all along and make a lemming-like mad rush into liquidation, just so some speculators can collect their shorting winnings.

The shell still has value and I'm certain that DB will suggest that the shell be sold to realise this value.

Decisions are going to be made regarding private litigation at the end of the week, but it will probably be a month or so before any writs are filed. TMWNN is hoping to meet some of the lawyers, other participants and advisors, so that we can see where we go from here.

In the meanwhile, there is little point in suggesting the company be wound up because the Action Group is not interested in seeing the assets destroyed. They would prefer to preserve them as much as possible. So all avenues and options will be explored, before the LAG commits to any specific course of action.
