Prior to june ..the ordinary shares were worthless ..market cap £8m ..80m shares in issue approx @10p.
The SP and Arden agreed restructuring which completely changed the situation ...instead of Rybak owning 100% of the company ...the split was Lamberts 40-45% and Rybak 40% maybe more .Probably Menzel via the German company owned 5%.
Rybak pocketed £20-25m from share sales and so did Lambert .
It was only from June onwards that volumes increased and the share capital and thereby selling could commence .
