It states on the Langbar action website that Menzil's shares were cancelled prior to admission. In fact ,all 70m shares were admitted to trading on the 31 October 2003. It makes no sense whatsoever for Menzil not to have purchased those shares. Menzil's holding was only cancelled in November but it was not announced until April 2004!
