I think I've also sussed the Crown Pharma "manouevre".
If you look at the founder shares entitlements, then the founder shares holder (i.e. CMC/Rybak) are entitled to the same as any divi to common shareholders. So, when the "dividend in specie" was made, then Rybak not only got his share of the divi due to common shareholder, he also got the equivalent of the entire divi due to all common shareholders, as a founder share dividend.
Rybak thereby in effect gave himself even more of the pie.
If there ever was a genuine falling out between Rybak and LFI then I would suggest that would have been the trigger.
