The Action Group did not meet with Pearson, as he set too many pre-conditions that we were uncomfortable with. Therefore, we are not arranging to meet with David Buchler and some of the other shareholders, to get an idea of what DB wants to do, so the litigation can be coordinated.
I am hoping that the coordinators will be able to arrange a bigger meeting for the shareholders, to guage what sort of support there is for various courses.
