It's also interesting to note that the IPO monies other than LFI/AVF, and the associated share premium account entries appear to have vanished between the IPO and the first set of CCO accounts!

Ursula & Pierre Demagistri 6,710,000 shares amount due 21,130,000 EUR
Pierre Michelutti 3,300,000 shares amount due 9,900,000 EUR
Jean-Pierre Regli 800,000 shares 2,400,000 EUR
Wolfgang Menzel (issued but not paid) 7,600,000 shares amount due 22,800,000
Subsequently cancelled as unpaid.
