nav1000...the shares show up in my portfolio, but at this stage anything is possible. Knowing MMs and brokers they might even have done a deal over the stock seeing as it's all electronic trading and no share certs are required.
At least I'll get an answer straight from Squaregain that can be used in a court of law if neccessary. I would imagine they settled, but, then again, if they didn't we could blow any MM-broker collusion right out of the water.
The more people/institutions that get hassled for all this cr@p the better for keeping this at the top of everyones hassle list.
You want to make sure that the answer is in a letter. If you later determine that the transaction was not settled, when they told you it was, then you can take action against them. Remember to ask who the MM was.
