The company has issued share capital of 1 £1 share (sic). The sole shareholder is Oded Aviel, an Israeli citizen. He is also Company secretary and a Director. His co-Director is Joseph Gamliel, also Israeli.
Now, try Googling on "Oded Aviel". You get 4 links to Diligizer, a website that exposes scams and scamsters. Unfortunately the pages concerned are archived, so can't see the detail, but one of the links shows that there were posts titled:
"Oded Aviel arrested in the Philippines"
and
"Its about time Oded A. Aviel bit the dust!!!"
