The best course of action is keep the pressure on via MP`s.
The FSA and SFO will take ages to figure out this simple fraud .The whole thing smelt form IPO yet went on for two years ....alot of professionals must take responsibility for their actions which contributed to shareholders loss ..
The figure that I will be seeking will be unequivocally £360m (£2.05 per share) plus damages ..as signed off by lawyers ,auditors ,brokers and PR consultants and from FSA /LSE for allowing this scandal .When Lamberts and Rybak shares are cancelled then I will increase my figure to appox £4.10 per share.
And ensure the officers(including Arad )up to 25/11/05 do jail after donating their ill gotten gains back into the compnay .
