quraishim, move forward in what direction? what exactly do you propose? "Getting the crooks" is the job of the police - what do you think the Action Group should do to achieve a cash recovery?
We all know Anomalous has a slightly different agenda from the rest of us, but that needn't be a problem, and basically I agree with you the Action Group might be able to do useful work. I'd happily contribute cash if I thought that would come about. First I'd like to know whether David Greene has been specifically asked the prospects of success in an action for negligence against:
Pearson
Wood
Arden
The solicitors
The auditors
Personally I don't see a case against the LSE because they have laid out their stall quite openly: AIM is a lightly-regulated, high risk and high reward market where caveat emptor rules. But that could be up for discussion, as could many things.
If the Action Group has a functioning committee, now is the time for them to meet Greene and iron out a proposal to put to shareholders: who to sue, estimated cost per share subject to takeup, prospects of success, time frame, estimated recovery per share.
