I don't think you fully understand the implications of the none disclosure during the takeover! Yes, we all know now that Rybak was selling throughout the summer but he was not obliged to disclose those sales. That all changed as soon as the takeover of RAF was in progress since from the beginning of the takeover it was necessary for Rybak to disclose any trades over 1%. He didn't do that but the takeover panel quickly discovered that Rybak was selling over 1% and not disclosing. Mr Burford contacted Rybak and according to Mr Burford The takeover panel had to force Rybak to disclose. Even then he didn't do it straight away. The takeover panel had to keep on to him about it. He claimed that he didn't know it was necessary for him to disclose.
