I can make my IP addresslook as s though I come from any country in the world.
I can make my IP address switch countries every 10 seconds
I can hide the country completely
I can use an IP tunnel and hide evrything

and I have no skills at all apart from the ability to read any of the adverts for "anonymizers" sold on the WEB. If I were a major fraudster I think I might well use something like this

just a thought - I would be pretty certain that the International Jewish Conspiracy has heard of these tools and probably uses them
