You are correct to be optimistic. Buschler was brought in to recover the funds. He is a recovery specialist and would have looked damn hard at this job before taking it on. I am confident that the authorities along with Buschler will recover every single penny along with their legal costs from BdB. As Buschler said "£350 million does not go walkies".

MC hav u gone cuckoo, bdb had nothing to do with this scam, it was Arad, his dodgy Pensioners, Rybak and regli, imo.. if everything was above board, do u really think Rybak would be sellin AT 60p, when a couple of weeks before that Lambert and Rybak refused to break up the company for £2.05, u gotta be kiddin me.. it was a scam, no money existed from the start, why would an ex director sell for 60p, when true nav was suppose to be £2.05.. I HOPE SOMEONE HAS TOLD THE SFO ABOUT THE ELLIOT STORY, THAT CAN PROVE A LOT... HAS ANYONE GOT AN OFFICIAL E-MAIL FROM SP OR MP TO CONFIRM THIS..
