There is also one of the last transaction on the 11th of October. As I recall, it was over 2m shares (>1%). The company did not report who was the seller. I asked Pearson about this (by email), he wrote back that it is not the responsibility of the company to identify the seller. IMO Rybak or Lambert are two parties could have done this sell. The most beautiful question is: how many shares lamberts are holding? Were they also selling at the same time? It appears that nobody really knows how many shares Lambert is holding!
