Rybaks trades had absolutely sod all to do with the suspension. And even if it was disclosed before suspension that Rybak, Elliot et al had been selling would you have sold at 50p? NO WAY!

The suspension was called when ABN Amro began to make disconcerting noises to SP about the CD.

You are correct to be optimistic. Buschler was brought in to recover the funds. He is a recovery specialist and would have looked damn hard at this job before taking it on. I am confident that the authorities along with Buschler will recover every single penny along with their legal costs from BdB. As Buschler said "£350 million does not go walkies".

I find it incredulous that so many RNS's issued by CCO/LGB were released soley to mislead and swindle investors out of money. NO, the RNS's were released because LGB honestly believed them to be genuine at the time.

You see there is no conspiracy here. There are just too many people involved stretching across too many countries for nobody to have sussed something's was wrong. The whistle could have been blown by the BdB from earliest RNS's about £350 million being deposited in their bank BUT WASN'T. Why wait for an international police investigation before saying what they should of said from day one.

AND NOBODY CAN CONVINCE THAT A BANK THE SIZE OF BDB WAS NOT AWARE THAT A COMPANY WAS GOING AROUND THE WORLD'S STOCKMARKETS BOASTING THAT IT HAD £350 MILLION DEPOSITED WITH THEM.
