guys...i bought some lgb shares fom barclays on the 11/10 on a T3. am i reading it correctly that the brokers have not settled with the mms so i might be able to get my money back.
There is the distinct possibility that some of the late trades before suspension were not settled. We know of at least one MM that was relying on the Rybak share trades to settle their shorts. As they have failed to complete - despite the month and a half before the ISIN was frozen, they are in breach.
Check with your broker and find out if the funds are still in the broker's CREST account.
