No src123. he was quite clear on the point that the money could not be returned as a contract had been entered into.However the Market maker was obliged to deliver stock but only when it became possible.If the company never came out of suspension but returned capital to shareholders the MM would have to pay up.
as far as i am concerned i only own 19219 shares and a furthur 15000 are in limbo the money paid earning £300+pa for redmayne bentley.In the meantime i get robbed of my voting rights as well.hey ho.
