It appears that the Regli family have had difficulty running a restaurant in Ascona, never mind an international fraud. One Martino Regli appears to have been discharged from bankruptcy nearly 3 weeks ago. He, Martino Regli & Co and Regli Martino SAgl - all of which appear to have at various times run the restaurant - all appear to have become insolvent. But not to worry, J-P is now president of Saint Leger (acute over second "e") Investissments SA (with Martino & Beat Regli also aboard) which now appears to be running it.
