Spoke to a very helpful mr caine at LSE.Aparently The MM have a obligation to make any payouts out of their own money should anything be returned to shareholders.Those people not registered as shareholders at the time of suspension will not get money from the company but their broker will be able to claim from the MM.
One thing you will lose is voting rights and the interest from your money which is sat in a bank account at your brokers.
maybe i should try and get my interest back.just to piss them off.
