Whatever assets are located in South America, West or East of the Andes, the body that will be asked to do the DD this time, will be working out their value after 'conversion' to Europe.
As I've said before - don't raise your hopes, let the professionals (SFO and Buchler) get on with the job and we'll see what can be recovered. At the very least there should be D&O, PI and the shell value, but how much this represents at the moment is an unknown quantity.
Just remember this is a long haul and don't raise your expectations. Then you won't be disappointed, but you might be pleasantly surprised if it all turns out OK.
Lastly - remember that this case is the AIM/LSE's most embarrassing scandal at the moment and it might blow up into something a lot bigger if they do not take private investors interests into account...
