Has Anomalous got at The Daily Telegraph? From page B7 today:
"At first sight, these cases [Langbar International, Highbury House, Biofuels Corporation] could be seen as indicative of a more general malaise in the regulatory environment for Aim Companies....
Investors will clearly be asking whether the way in which Aim is regulated has played a part in the recent disasters....
Mr Wilkinson [partner of entrepreneurial services at Ernst & Young] said "....But the market also places considerable reliance on the nominated advisers to ensure that the companies have genuine businesses with sensible prospects."

Can you locate that article title or the journalist please? I missed that one, could be useful.
