The injection of Peruvian assets into LGB will not add a single cent to the value of the company. The problem that existed before the alleged transfer of funds from BdB to ABN Amro will continue to plague LGB. That problem is the markets could not give two hoots what assets LGB have got just outside the Amazon Jungle. It is only when the those assets are converted to sterling cash and deposited in a British (NOT EUROPEAN) Bank that they will sit up and take any notice.
