There are really two issues.

First the Argentinian contracts.
Arad may say the PN was never paid, whilst CCO issue RNSs stating it has.
Someone is lying.
If Arad is lying then where's the money?
If CCO are lying then the directors at the time should be prosecuted.

Second is LFIs subscription for shares, with a CD that should have matured.
Did it? Who issued new CDs to Crown Pharma?
If LFI never paid, then they owe LGB about 200m+ Euro - or a forfeiture of the money they made from share sales.
