I'm afraid you cant just suspend the shares of a company to allow time to complete a deal or indeed to do a valuation of the assets of a company. imho verification means at least existence and value.
Indeed if the funds tranfer to AMRO had successfully completed and the property deals were progressing then why the suspension? Verification wouldnt have been needed or could have been done within one day and announced on this basis.
If the funds transfer has not taken place (or the instrument that has been created has not yet or cannot be discounted or funds released against it) then I for one have made a follow on investment based on information that has been misrepresented to me (the rns stated clearly CASH has been transferred).
