Why would you not want the assets of the company and those of SP frozen whilst the investigation into where they are is undertaken? If the funds cant be transferred out of Brazil then winding up seems the best approach, if there has been a fraud then we dont want SP and Rybak dissipating their or the company's assets, if the funds can at a future date be transferred and deals done then fine all the freezing orders can be lifted.
OK the members of this board arent going to be able to do it but not sure why the funds havent. Perhaps thats encouraging.
Surely there would be grounds for such orders given that nearly $300m has apparently gone missing.
