Totally agree sper. My concern is that La Tasca will get a bad reputation for the product, which it is selling and consequently the management loose sight of their customers whilst expanding the chain accross the country. There is no point in expanding La Tasca restaurants throughout the UK and USA if by the time they have gained market share (# of restaurants) very quickly they have not succeeded in retaining their current customers and gaining new customers. In this 'service' industry the customers' opinions should be treated with great importance because at the end of the day they will be telling their friends, relatives, collegues about the experience. Although you can't please everyone and two people visiting a restaurant at the same time will no doubt have two very different and conflicting views and no doubt there are many positive reviews out there. I hope the management are careful and do not dismiss any complaints. They have to get the product right and then the profits and share price will follow. Happy Christmas all La Tasca holders - Lets hope for a successful 2006!
