Kenmare Resources - re-rating due soon?

For the mineral sands at Chibuto, in Gaza province, which is the largest known deposit of titanium ores in the world, the problem is the supply of large amounts of reliable electricity. Bias said discussions are under way with the Mozambican electricity company, EDM, over the supply of power "at a viable tariff".

Chibuto (which is the competition’s Corridor Sands project) is in Gaza province, which is of course no where near Moma (Kenmare's project) in Nampula province - so the Corridor Sands competitor has some problems which should be to Kenmare's advantage.

Kenmare secured its power for Moma under an agreement in January 13, 2003
that it signed with the Mozambican State-owned utility Electricidade de Mozambique for the supply of low cost electricity to its Moma titanium project. Kenmare says the 20-year deal will ensure that low cost power is available to the project from the start of production.
