Kenmare Resources - re-rating due soon?

Well certainly 2006 will be the year for Kenmare, with production planned for later in the year, (provided construction finishes on time), and they are currently a little ahead of schedule I believe.

One question I have is, have the company confirmed an adequate electrical supply has been connected to the new plant, and if not yet, is there a date planned for this?

I did read somewhere a while ago that Mozambique had problems with sufficient supply, although I also read they had done a deal with the Portuguese, so unsure as to the current position.
