Another interesting point for you Billy, or one for the runaway Arpy, when challenged by a very clever lad (not everybodies taste, but clever all the same, called M&C), Arpy dashes away but leaves a few names in the pot, GC, Downs & Co plus two others? John Cotter is now on his hit list (I thought JC was JAG, close to CJ??), also somebody called ADAM? But no mention of Derose?

btw Billy, just visited your area of the UK, I would wait at least until Summer before selling where you live, £50K plus per acre guaranteed!
