What I said was (given all that has gone on) that Onder at the VERY least MUST be a suspect for the Police to consider in the 'old' case that Jones has reported.
And all that I was suggesting was that Jones ought to inform/update DC Winterbourne of ALL that has been going recently. And if he doesn't then I will.

NB. Hardy has already answered your point yonks ago about costs. KPMG are NOT respondants....d'oh.....costs with respondants aint usually discussed/agreed with a Judge until a trial/hearing has a final verdict.
