Dear Mr Hardy

I refer to your email at 20:27 hours yesterday.

I categorically deny the accusations therein which are wholly without foundation. Your assertions are defamatory, consistent with many of your false claims and misrepresentations to date, which you have persistently been unable to explain.

It is evident that you have made a further significant error in ignoring fundamental correspondence from my solicitors and the reply concerning the Gosh International invoice. The correspondence is wholly at odds with your assertions. Furthermore, the recorded admissions of Ian Miles and David Newcombe and other directors completely refute your false claims.

Please inform me of the source of the false information by return to enable me to take appropriate action forthwith. I feel* sure that you will be unable to do so. It is plainly apparent why you have been unable to provide dates and times of alleged meetings and the parties allegedly present.

I would remind you that the ECU** has full copies of the transcripts of conversations with former directors. You have reconfirmed my suspicions that you have always had a hidden agenda to prevent action against former directors and ensuring that the JAG members do not succeed in their claim for losses incurred due to the fraud.

I await your reply by return.
