Dear Mr.Jones
It has toady been reported to me that you have, in your possession, contemporaneous notes taken at a meeting in 2002 with Wilf and Paula Shorrocks and Phil Ogden when you were advised of the "false invoices" referred to in your witness statement. Mr. Ogden is reported to have said something to the effect that "if I didn't sell the licenses twice I wasn't doing my job".
Similarly it has been reported that you were present at, and again have contemporaneous notes of, a meeting with Newcombe and Miles at which the impropriety of the GOSH contract referred to in your witness statement was fully discussed with you.
These statements wholly contradict the contents of your witness statement, and, whilst of no relevance whatsoever to the EDI matter, appear to constitute a deliberate offence by you contrary to the Perjury Act 1911.
You will fully appreciate the seriousness of these statements, and I suggest you take legal advice as to the actions you are now required to take.
This email is copied to John Twizell who has full powers to investigate the subject matters.
