Yes, corporate sharks......but not helped by the fact that we were not told the true state of play pre CVA.
Two major reasons why many invested in the CVA was BUMs and the AA claim.
Yet there is independent professional/legal reports that fly in the face with what we were told/led to believe by Jones regarding BUMs and the AA claim and it was withheld/concealed from us.
And 4+ years later (even after his statement to the Court) no explanation as to why that was.
