JUST one thread please

Arpy.

I have finally asked for my main loss to be accepted for Tax year 2005-06.
I have been informed that a smaller holding of some 35,000 K was in fact accepted for the previous year.

That brings my overall to as near as dammit 300,000,and it takes some believing
all these years later,and partly why I dont get any pleasure in reading what
CJ has so concisely documented.

I believed in some-and that is another lesson in life,as truth is I was the
fool that put so much money in,and I cannot blame anyone else for that,however
when as an investor you are surely supposed to be able to believe in some integrity from those that present you with the supposed truth,what else
can you do.
Bums was our potential big earner,and many believed it-I did and was blinkered
to any possibility that it wasnt.
The true irony for me is I was going to sell in the October if Jus werent at
25p per share,as I would take it there was something not right,but then
several events took place in my life which diverted my attention-then we
all suffered the horror of September 11th,and by the next January I think the
shock of all events finally sunk in and hit me like a Daisycutter.


I have no regrets about the attempts to save the Company,I believed CJ was
our possible saviour,as there wasnt anyone else amongst all the backstabbers.
I am not taking sides as that has already been fatal for me,and at this point
I do not understand why everyone has CJ as their scapegoat,as there were others
that let us down and had their own agenda-I will leave it at that.

Plus in conclusion-I reckon CJ would have at least given us some hope and thats
all we really wanted-a hell of a lot more than Downes have us,who gthen resigned without even the decency to inform us we were truly finished.

For all I cared or care-CJ could have paid himself any figure if he had been allowed and Managed to get Jus re-listed,and what did we achieve,or those backstabbers achieve from having him dismissed.

My Bank account says-NIL from Jus,yet some peoples Bank accounts were
replenished,and I dont mean CJ.
