JUST one thread please

Yes Mr Jones did contradict himself in the waiting room pre-briefing he stated
that he had spoke to Ali Onder this morning to ask him if he had anything to do
with the now adfvn removed BiIIy Connolly abusive posts. He says that Ali Onder
denied anything to do with it, which was good enough for him .
After the briefing in the hall I questioned Mr Jones about his relationship
with Ali Onder. His reply was that he hadn,t spoke to him for four months or so.
All said in front of others.
Mr Jones said he would also give us an update tonight. I said i heard that old chesnut before. He said he definately would.
He also said that because of the fraud case that he couldn,t say anything before for fear of compromising it.
The judge more or less told CJ that all his blatherings were not the remit of this hearing and to go through the proper channels.

Mr Hardy took the directions that the judge gave to his assertion that he was
using a point of law to for kpmgs alleged fraudulent mis-appropriation of funds
And seems to be fighting our (the shareholders) corner where-as mr Jones may well be too but he doesn,nt seem to have a clue of the appropiate way to Bring the miscreants to book.
Anyway there is a chance of mediation. So we will see.
i would like to say i have nothing personal against any of the affore-mentioned
people. Just would like to see justice. and would like to ask the so called services( fsa, police etc ) to be seen to do something .
